E finalmente due minuti per il riassunto della giornata di ieri all’insegna del magna e bevi (stavolta più magna...per ragioni di guida) e sempre in compagnia di spritzini/e
Pranzo con una compagnia davvero piacevole e divertente. Come già anticipato non ero in formissima, purtroppo la settimana pesante ha influito sul weekend! Ho conosciuto delle persone davvero simpatiche!!!
Cena invece con vecchi amici collaudati!!! Non abbiamo bissato la mangiata e la bevuta dell’anno scorso, ma devo dire che non ce l’avrei fatta!
GRAZIE A TUTTI!!!!

Che fameeee!!!!
Tornato a casa completamente senza forze: i carboidrati sono andati, sono completamente disidratato, ho fatto pure la strada a piedi e sono arrivato al portone sulle ginocchia!!! Devo mangiare...anzi, NON devo mangiare!!!
Alla fine mi sono fatto una mela e mezzo litro di latte caldo!!! Adesso mi bevo un litrino di acqua e ho riempito lo stomaco fino a cena!!!
