Sono carnivoro, mi piace la carne, il prosciutto crudo, il salame, il
lardo, la pancetta, l’osso buco, la carne cruda, lo zampone e il
cotechino con le lenticchie. Mi piace la bistecca alla fiorentina,
quella da sette etti netti più l’osso. Forse deluderò i vegetariani,
ma non mi sento per niente in colpa.
Mangiare carne fa parte della mia natura.

Mi dà però fastidio la crudeltà, l’insensibilità totale, la gratuita
uccisione di esseri viventi al solo scopo di lucro, per aumentare il
Pil.
