PARANOIE

1) il dubbio di non essere se stessi
2) ..i ricordi che affiorano e irrompono nella tranquillità trovata..
3) accendere il cellulare dopo tante ore che è spento e non trovare nessun sms...morale, nessuno ti ha cercato!!

MERAVIGLIE

1) Avere la consapevolezza che in fondo, per quanto triste possa sembrarci la nostra giornata, il sereno tornerà.
2) Sentire il proprio cuore che batte, il Silenzio, quindi volare sino all'Universo dentro noi stessi, sollevare poi lo sguardo e sussurrare... "sono io la Meraviglia più bella, sono io... e vivo!"
3) essere convinti almeno x un attimo che qualsiasi cosa succeda, tu avrai il coraggio e la forza di andare avanti
4) Svegliarsi una mattina e scoprire che la neve è caduta ma tutto il resto è al suo posto
