Gwen Stefani torna in studio. Forse pronto per Natale il secondo album
A soli 6 mesi di distanza dal suo debutto solista, Gwen Stefani già smania per tornare in studio. La cantante, ormai archiviato “Love, angel, music, baby”, vorrebbe pubblicare il suo seguito già per le prossime feste natalizie. A costituire il disco sarebbero i brani pronti ma non utilizzati per “Love, angel, music, baby” e canzoni ancora da comporre. Tra i pezzi non inclusi sulla sua prova d’esordio, e che potrebbero appunto trovare posto sul secondo lavoro di Gwen, vi sono “You started it” (con Pharrell Williams), “Parental advisory” (con Rich Harrison) e “Fine by you” (con Linda Perry). C’è anche una canzone, “Wonderful life for him”, con Martin Gore dei Depeche Mode alla chitarra.

The Rum Diary

Johnny Depp e Benicio Del Toro saranno diretti da Bruce Robinson in 'The Rum Diary', dal primo romanzo del giornalista Hunter S.Thompson. Secondo 'Variety', il regista e' stato scelto dallo stesso Depp che del film e' anche produttore esecutivo. 'The Rum Diary' e' la cronaca sulla vita di un giornalista, tra alcol, amori e gelosie in una Porto Rico del 1959. Thompson si e' ispirato alla figura del collega sin dall'epoca in cui, anche lui, era corrispondente in America Latina.
