Mi piace guardare le belle immagini,
anche se in realtà, alla fine,
sono i colori ad attrarmi particolarmente...
E se mi devo definire userei il termine

Le leghe prodotte dai primi uomini che lavoravano il ferro...
erano ottenute riscaldando masse di minerale di ferro e
di carbone in una fucina o fornace che avesse un tiraggio
d'aria forzato. Sotto questo trattamento il minerale
veniva ridotto ad una spugna di ferro piena di scorie
composte di impurità metalliche e di cenere di carbone.
Questa spugna di ferro veniva rimossa dalla fornace quando
era ancora incandescente e percossa con pesanti martelli
per eliminare le impurità e uniformare e consolidare
il ferro... Di tanto in tanto capitava che questa tecnica
per la fabbricazione del ferro portasse per caso alla
creazione di vero acciaio...
