Pranzo natalizio in ufficio

Oggi mitico pranzo in ufficio, io e le ragazze ci siamo organizzate alla grande con un buffè incredibile:
- 1 torta salata (pasta sfoglia, fontina fontal, funghi, piselli, spinaci, proscitto e uova)
- 1 torta salta (pasta brisè, ricotta, noci, grana, porro, radicchio)
- affettati (cotto, mortadella, salame ungherese)
- grana a pezzi
- olive, pomodori secchi, cipolline e carciofini
- insalata russa
- pane, grissini, filone
- panettone al cioccolato
- pandori
- vini e spumanti a gogo (fragolino,m cabernet, martini bianco...)
Insomma ci siamo divertiti amagiare, bere e ridere come matti.
Questo era il pranzo aziendale che mi aspettavo dal nostro team, non la cena fasulla a cui, quasi volontariamente, non ho preso parte.

GARA INTERREGIONALE VVD 2007

Alla fine quest’anno sono riuscita a prendere parte alla gara.
Vi faccio un sunto della giornata:
Domenica di sole e fuori dal palazzetto un freddo polare che ha messo a dura prova i miei muscoli.
Arrivo giusto in tempo per il saluto iniziale e subito mi tocca la gara di forma a mani nude
Da notare che proprio perchè ero appena arrivata, non avevo fatto in tempo a riscaldarmi o fare stretching, ma come insegnano anni di viet: non importa se sei freddo in gara, tanto hai quintali di adrenalina che ti scorre per tutto il corpo e ti scalda, così anche se ti strappi non senti una ceppa!
Risultato: ho portato a caso un buon secondo posto. Son contenta
Poco dopo avrei affrontato la gara di bastone, ergo bisogna riscaldare i polsi e provare un pò i maneggi... peccato la palestrina di prova fosse invasa da centinai di bambini che provavano le loro forme
Soluzioni possibili? Falciarli roteando il bastone o pazientare fino a due secondi prima della gara e cercare di fare un paio di maneggi prima di cominciare. Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare
Risultato della gara: anche qui son riuscita a classificarmi. Un buon terzo posto
Aspetti positivi della giornata?
Sono stata in compagnia di molte belle persone, ho soppraffatto la tensione e qualche emozione, ho vinto e reso felice la palestra (forse) e guadagnato un paio di linee di febbre, ergo stasera si torna in palestra a sudare.
