CI vorrebero tutti così
Che fosse possibile uccidere in nome del denaro, lo sapevo. Ma scoprire che fosse legale farlo abituando un'intera generazione di persone in tutto il mondo a mangiare m***a, mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta. Non ho mai pensato fino in fondo a cosa porta il fast-food lifestile, finchè non ho visto il film dal titolo "supersize me"... Avete mai fatto un giretto negli states dove i 100 chili sono cosa normalissima? Più mangi, più continui a farlo come una droga e alla fine a mangiare schifezze devi disintossicarti e quindi vai col business delle diete ed etc... e ci vorrebbero anche noi così, più pan e soppressa par tutti!!Con un bel bicchiere di rosso!!

Lunedì grigliata annacquata a casa della Francy (ne avevo bisogno, grazie Flavio) e pomeriggio a passeggio con annesso spritz. Martedì giornata di relax e colloquio di lavoro, in attesa di partire. Oggi dinuovo a Burton, amena cittadina dello StafforShire (UK) famosa per le gomme Pirelli e la birra Coors, aiuto! Rimango fino a Lunedì, vediamo che nasce... una cosa è sicura, mi stò cominciando a frantumare le b###e a forza di essere "spedito" come un pacchetto postale.
Devo ammettere che la mia vita è tutt'altro che monotona, però ogni tanto della sana routine non ci starebbe male... così finisce sempre che vengo bollato per quello che tira i pacchi, vorrei vedere voi al mio posto

Sono troppe le cose a cui pensi in occasioni come questa, sono troppe le cose che avrei da scrivere a riguardo di questa esperienza; ma a dirla tutta ora non me ne viene in mente manco una... percui mi godo la soddisfazione e la gioia di essere riuscito a correre la mia prima maratona in 4h e 52m!!! Una lacrimuccia di gioia dopo il traguardo, un grazie smisuratamente grande alle 4 persone che hanno reso tutto questo possibile. Primo in lista Ale, mio cugino, grazie a te 3 anni fa mi son deciso a dedicarmi a questo sport e se non ci fossi stato tu oggi al mio fianco sotto il diluvio al freddo dubito che sarei arrivato. Secondi a parimerito i miei genitori che hanno avuto la geniale idea di generare l'uomo perfetto , che mi hanno sopportato per tutti questi anni di allenamenti e che oggi mi sono stati davvero vicinissimi. Quarta, la persona che 2 mesi fa mi ha dato la giusta cattiveria per riuscire; nonostante tutto...
Un grazie, un abbraccio e pago un prosecco a Fabio, Luca, il Socio, Tamburi, il Maestro, Santos, Davide, Cicci, la Giovi, la Francy, Chiara e a tutte quelle speciali persone di cui ho la fortuna di essere amico, per avermi supportato e sopportato in tutto questo periodo.
Forse più importante il grazie alla mia tifoseria sul campo, Claudia e Giampaolo che hanno condiviso con me le intemperie al 30esimo Km, vedervi li è stato bellissimo, non lo dimenticherò.
Ultimo un grazie a tutto il mio condominio .
E alla fine quel momento, con l'indice alzato è stato ed è davvero tutto mio. Grazie.

Evvai!
Sono caricatissimo!!!! Ho voglia di correre, adrenalina a 1000, se rimango a casa impazzisco, se provo a dormire dubito del risultato... ergo esco e vado a fare un pò di degheio col popolo.
Prima cosa che faccio appena riuscirò a camminare dopodomani è ubriacarmi!!!! Tutta questa astinenza mi uccide.

A volte capita che...
Canni la sveglia, xchè sei ovviamente distrutto dal sonno e ti svegli alle 12.20!! Quindi niente lavoro e pomeriggio votato allo shopping.
Mentre stai uscendo dal Giotto ti ricordi che devi comperarti ancora un paio di cosette, entri in un negozio e... una ragazza di Palermo mi hai stregato.
