Si comincia dalla fine...
Eravamo sulla strada del rientro dalla tentacolare Mykonos, fermi ad un Autogrill, quando una telefonata sconvolge i nostri piani. Con giusto quelle 40/50 ore di sonno arretrato, chi ti capita al Muretto di Jesolo??? TIESTO!!!! (Ovvero il 3 volte consucutive miglior dj del mondo, che guarda caso è Olandese e suona trance, che guarda caso a noi manda al manicomio  ) Oddio cheffare quindi?? Si va, alla faccia dei 40 Euri, del posto e del fatto che stamattina sono arrivato diretto in ufficio senza chiudere occhio!!
Edit: Premetto che nonostate io ODI il posto (discoteca de figarei che noi capisse na tega de musica!!!) e ancor dippiù chi lo gestisce (saccenti idioti che di musica ne capite ancora meno dei soppracitati), rendo perforza un plauso e un grazie per aver portato un personaggio di tale calibro a suonare qui in italia anche se la scelta, secondo me, è stata dettata, non tanto dall'idea di promuovere un certo tipo di musica ma piuttosto dal potersi riempire la bocca con frasi del tipo: "abbiamo fatto suonare tutti i migliori dj del pianeta". Ripeto, comunque grazie.
partenza ore 22.30 - E via con la Escort! Io, Xato e Cicci i tre moschettieri della trance a Padova, nessuno ci capisce ahimè, ma i tempi cambieranno presto 
ingresso ore 00.30 - C'è già un buon numero di persone in coda, buono e cattivo segnale
pre-ascolto ore 1.30 - Inizio del vangamento di maroni ad opera di cotal Veronese Dj, ad una certà età le persone dovrebbero rimanere a casa con la propria famiglia!!! Certo che mettere uno scarso e così fuoriluogo personaggio ad animare questo preserata proprio denota scarso acume e gusto da parte degli organizzatori!!! La selezione musicale proposta era INASCOLTABILE, frastuono e sirene che pareva de stare al D-Day; cosa ancora peggiore è che tutti ballavano stò guazzabuglio, vuoi vedere che nessuno di quelli che è qua conosce TIESTO  Fortuna che tempo mezzoretta e i veri fan si sono fatti avanti con cori e piccoli e velati insulti che purtroppo non hanno però accelerato la dipartita del nonnetto.
inizio dj-set ore 2.40 - Si limita a sfumare la spazzatura lasciata sul piatto, silenzio e BOOM si parte!
Lui è uomo da console, tecnica e confidenza disarmante e uno stile davvero impeccabile, potrei quasi dire perfetto da quanto gli riesce facile. Inizia con della trance, poi passa alla club-trance (tutto in 1 ora circa), poi alla techno (un altra ora) ma l'atmosfera non è quella giusta, è palpabile, il pubblico non è adatto e si finisce inevitabilemente per riempire fino alla fine con della hard-techno che tanto fa felici gli abituali avventori (pastiglie a profusione in pista!!!) e che tanto ci lascia indifferenti. Fortuna che gli ultimi pezzi sono dinuovo trance e hard-trance (specialmente quelli di Atene 2004!!!) e risollevano i nostri cuori.
fine dj-set ore 6.00 - Otteniamo gli autografi su CD (Io) e vinili (Xato)
ma purtroppo niente foto, lui scappa rapito dall'organizzazione del Muretto, con gli immancabili buttafuori a rompere i coglioni per niente visto che eravamo si e no 5 persone (è evidente che gli anabolizzanti vi hanno fottuto anche quel poco di materia grigia che avevate!) Davvero non ce l'aspettavamo... volevamo stringergli la mano (Armin insegna!!!), ringraziarlo e farci solo una foto ricordo... e invece niente, gli lascio il beneficio del dubbio, ma mi ha umanamente deluso (Tiratea manco!!!)
colazione ore 6.30 - Club sandwich e succo d'arancia in un infimo bar-pizzeria insolitamente aperto
arrivo a casa ore 7.10 - Racatto le cose del lavoro, mi cambio, una sverniciata ai denti e via in autostrada
arrivo in ufficio ore 7.50 - mai giornata sarà + difficile, incrociamo le dita...
Cosa sicura, alla luce delle ultime esperienze, è che io in Italia non andrò MAI + in un Club per sentire/ballare un DJ... e dire che una volta eravamo i migliori...

Chiuso per ferie...
Tra meno di 3 ore un'altra partenza, ma al contrario del solito è per piacere personale. Me ne vado per un 15+8 giorni, tra montagne e mare, tra nuove persone e nuove culture per ritrovare il me stesso della scorsa estate e per riperderlo nuovamente...

Colpo gobbo all'Arena
I protagonisti:
-IL CIELO: Plumbeo e minaccioso ad inizio serata, pacifico e stellato a notte inoltrata 
-I BAGARINI: Ve auguro el mae peso!! Giulio scusami.
-L'ARENA: è sempre l'Arena, magica.
-I VENDITORI DI BIBITE: 5 Euro a lattina e tante rotture di coglioni, fanculizzatevi.
-RICHARD ASHCROFT: Strepitoso chitarra alla mano, ci regala 1 ora di musica e mi regala un sogno! Mai avrei pensato di poter sentire "Lonely Soul" live, piango a tratti, per me la serata sarebbe potuta finire li. Peccato solo per l'uso intenso delle basi e non di musicisti!
-NOI: Io, Mara, Dario, Federica e Luca (che arriva giusto sulle note di Bittersweet Symphony) siamo troppo i migliuori
-GLI ALTRI: 14000, tutto esaurito, gente ovunque, calorosi, sanguigni al punto giusto, a tratti educati
-I COLDPLAY: Animali da palco, suonano 1 ora e mezza abbondante, gran spettacolo di luci e grandi corse su e giù per l'arena, Chris emozionante quando dall'alto dell'ultima gradinata ci guarda cantare "In My Place". Un pò meno belli i suoni, dove eravano noi non era un granchè, il fantomatico tastierista nascosto e la scaletta... chi ha rubato Shiver e Trouble è pregato di restituirle!!!!
-CREDITS: Sicuramente un bellissimo spettacolo, ma non estremo come avrei voluto. E poi quella beffa finale, quelle due perle rubate?? Ora dire che io fossi li solo per quelle è sbagliato, però rappresentavano comunque un buon 50% delle mie aspettative!!
