Quando la notte dopo una piacevole serata al banale quello che sogni è discutere di leva finanziaria, modifica della struttura finanziaria societaria per trasferire valore dagli obbligazionisti agli azionisti e relativo aumento del fattore di correlazione col rendimento del portafoglio di mercato.... allora davvero capisci che hai trattato un po' troppo male la tua preziosa e fragile psiche.

Back from the USSR
scimmiotto Paul McCartney, ma la verità è questa: ero in un appartamento che mi faceva pensare di essere in una casa popolare sovietica a Novosibirsk: coinquilini scomparsi, al loro posto i loro rimasugli sotto forma di qualche pila di rifiuti per terra o in terrazza, qualche alone qua e là sui muri, dispensa semipiena nel senso che era piena di roba mangiata a metà tempo immemore fa...
La mia cameretta: portato via un mese fa il pc, attrezzatura da modellismo per metà lasciata a casa, armadi vuoti: una scrivania dove subito sbattono le 1000 pagine di finanza aziendale, una sedia studiata apposta per martoriare un osso sacro in lenta guarigione, un letto dalle stesse peculiarità.
Il tutto per uno stupido esame che neanche sono sicuro sia andato!
Vabbè comunque soffi il vento adesso ho agosto libero. E BASTA.

Tutti commettiamo degli errori.
Per esempio ritenere che i Grateful Dead fossero un'altra grande cosa da aggiungere alla musicoteca personale. O l'aver a lungo snobbato Cream e Yardbirds che sono in effetti equivalenti a Brasile e Argentina All Stars di un videogioco di calcio.
Il tutto alla faccia degli incompetenti senza mezzi termini che hanno compilato la guida agli anni '60 nel libro "rock 500" -o come si chiama- del Mucchio extra (quello che ogni tanto va fuori tema e dalla politica passa alla musica).

After the duck is drawn and cleaned, air is pumped under the skin to separate it more or less from the flesh. And a mixture of oil, sauce and molasses is coated all over it. Thus, when dried and roasted, the duck will look brilliantly red as if painted.
Before being put in the oven, the inside of the fowl is half filled with hot water, which is not released until the duck has been cooked. For oven fuel, jujube-tree, peach or pear wood is used because these types of firewood emit little smoke and give steady and controllable flames with a faint and pleasant aroma. In the oven, each duck takes about forty minutes to cook, and the skin becomes crisp while the meat is tender.
In the restaurant, the roast duck, after being shown whole to the customers, is served in slices, which are eaten rolled in thin pancakes with a dish of tianmianjiang (a sweet sauce made of fermented flour) and scallion (or cucumber) cut in thin lengths. Few people, if any, could resist the temptation of the crisp and delicious taste of the Beijing duck.

oh che bello, questa sera concerto degli Animals (vabbè, più o meno Animals) a Selvazzano. Potrebbe essere simpatico sentirsi finalmente dal vivo "The House of the Rising Sun" o "We gotta get out of this Place", eggià.
Naturalmente non ci posso andare. Figurarsi, neanche riesco a stare in piedi... la vita è bella! no, di più è nu bbabbà!
Ora dopo Brian Wilson e gli Animals, mi domando: cosa succederà per il concerto degli Uriah Heep ad agosto? un attentato?
un onestissimo fanculo a tutto quanto, che per oggi mi sono davvero rotto... anche la parte davanti a ciò che è già rotto di suo!
