Finora, era successo una sola volta...ieri sera la seconda!!!  Ma davanti a una DEFICIENTE che: -mi chiama "biondo"; -mi dice che secondo lei le auto tedesche sono le migliori (e comunque mi ha chiesto un preventivo su un’italiana) perchè con la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie che ha, e che son tedesche, non ha mai avuto problemi (pensavo scherzasse e invece parlava sul serio); -mi dice (mentre le calcolo lo sconto che le spettava) di non tentare di fare il "furbo" mettendo un prezzo di listino più alto per far figurare uno sconto maggiore  A questo punto non c’ho più visto... ho sbattuto la penna sulla scrivania, l’ho guardata dritta negli occhi dicendo: NON SO COME L’ABBIANO EDUCATA, MA SE LEI E’ VENUTA QUI A PRENDERE IN GIRO UNA PERSONA CHE STA LAVORANDO HA PROPRIO SBAGLIATO SIA POSTO CHE PERSONA!!! QUINDI SE VUOLE UN PREVENTIVO CHIUDA LA BOCCA, ALTRIMENTI SI ALZI CHE QUELLA E’ LA PORTA, IO NON HO TEMPO DA PERDERE!!!! Per la cronaca ha chiuso la bocca, le ho fatto lo sconto che le spettava, però a me è rimasta un po’ l’arrabbiatura!!!
