Gentile sig.ra, con la presente riscontro la sua missiva in oggetto emarginata che ivi s’intende richiamata, prendendo atto di quanto Ella mi comunica.
Le ribadisco la mia più completa contrarietà a qualsiasi fonte di disturbo al riposo dei miei famigliari e mio e pertanto invito fermamente Ella ed i Suoi coinquilini al massimo rispetto del ns. riposo, specie nel corso della settimana, informandoLA sin d’ora che non tollererò alcun sforamento rispetto agli orari di silenzio come previsti dal regolamento condominiale riservandomi di agire legalmente nei confronti Suoi e dei Suoi coniquilini per il risarcimento del danno.
