BRIDGET WILL BE BACK
The long-delayed Sex and the City movie might still be a long way off, but it looks like our other favourite singleton - Bridget Jones – will definitely be back on the big screen, just as soon as author Helen Fielding finishes writing the third installment of Bridget’s adventures. Production company Working Title have bought the rights to Fielding’s third novel and Renee Zellweger has said she’s ready to pile on the pounds to play the hapless heroine again. A source said, "Helen has started on the book, which leaps forward 10 years. Mark Darcy and Daniel Cleaver are still on the scene and Bridget’s given birth to Daniel’s baby. Obviously, Helen’s own baby daughter has stalled production a little but now that Working Title has signed on the dotted line, she’ll be trying to finish the book as quickly as possible." We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Bridget next.
