 FINALMENTE L’ESENZIONE DALL’ENPALS PER GLI EMERGENTI !
Una bella notizia per i musicisti italiani. Finalmente, dopo anni di iniziative, incontri, proposte, il Governo ha approvato nella legge finanziaria ciò che tutti i musicisti giovani ed emergenti, nonché i gestori di locali ed organizzatori di concerti aspettavano! Dal 1° gennaio 2007 esenzione dall’Enpals per i musicisti dilettanti fino a 5000 euro annui!! D’ora in poi i musicisti giovani (fino a 18 anni), gli studenti, i musicisti dilettanti che versano contributi ad altri enti come lavoratori NON SARANNO PIU’ OBBLIGATI A SUONARE CON L’AGIBILITA’ ENPALS!! Questa norma ha il merito di rilanciare la musica dal vivo e la creatività giovanile, fortemente penalizzate fino adesso dalla attuale normativa e dall’accordo Enpals-Siae, e farà riemergere dal "nero" parecchi spettacoli non dichiarati.  |
