A QUANTO PARE STO COMPRANDO UNA CASA COMUNISTA
(categoria: " Vita Quotidiana ")
DALLA MAIL SECONDO LAGENZIA
Hi Giorgio,
the seller promised me that they will send copy of monthly accounts today.
There , of course, is no plan of the apartament, so the real estate agend promised me to measure the flat, and drew it by himself, will see...
I have some informations about the flat. There is no mortgage and any debt.
And now I have to explain you sth. In Poland we have two kinds of ownership. One is just ownership, and second is let say housing cooperative property ( I translated it from polish, but actually there is no good translation). This is just postcomunistic name. You can sell it, buy it, rent it, inherit it and do everything what you can do with let say normal ownership. There is only one difference in housing cooperative property you dontt have shares in common areas in a building, for example staircase. You are the owner of the flat, and the owner of the staircase is a housing cooperative. I know that it is stupid and difficult to understand, even for Poles, but it is so. To make it easier we have a lot of flats like that and of course the one you are interesting it is housing cooperative property. But belive me, there is no danger with it.
Regards
Gracjana
