Prima tornata di foto!
Tralasciando il primo giorno di viaggi e ritardi (nota positiva: ci hanno lasciato la cena nel frigo della stanza! Zeus è grande!), secondo giorno dedicato a ozio e scoperta del mare di Kalithea, per cui ogni aggettivo sarebbe sprecato. La sera si noleggia il bolide, e il giorno dopo siamo per strada, come ai vecchi tempi. Da un capo all’altro dell’isola ci si mette 1 ora e mezza. La marcia ci ricompensa ampiamente: PRASSONISSI! Raramente si è visto un posto tanto bello e tanto bizzarro. Due mari diversi tra loro che si incontrano... abbastanza assurdo!
La spiaggia di Prassonissi, nell’estremo sud. A sinistra, il Mar Egeo, sempre mosso e pieno di kite surfer. A destra, il Mar Mediterraneo, chiaro e tranquillo. A dividerli una sottile lingua di sabbia, oltre la quale c’è un’isola che le escursioni turistiche purtroppo non toccano granchè...
Ma noi non siamo turisti, siamo viaggiatori, e proseguiamo finchè ci pare, ai limiti del masochismo. Conquistiamo la prima vetta...
... e proseguiamo ignorando il sentiero. Il sole picchia come un fabbro...
e purtroppo le capre si arrogano l’unica ombra dell’isola.
ma la ricompensa è notevole!
Tornati al bolide giallo che fatica a fare gli 80 all’ora, una tanica da 5 litri d’acqua è giusto sufficiente.
Un bel gyros per riprendere le forze è d’uopo. In realtà era stato mangiato prima, non ce l’avrei fatta senza di lui!
