Sono alquanto incerto. Leggo sui giornali che in pratica l’economia mondiale è sull’orlo della catastrofe, le cause sempre le stesse: titoli derivati (in pratica "scommesse" sull’andamento di altri titoli, del tipo "se questo prezzo o titolo scende, ti becchi tot") e in generale di vari prodotti finanziari sempre più fantasiosi che fanno in modo che un buchino diventi rapidamente una falla.
Un broker a New York dice "volevano far credere che con i derivati si potesse guadagnare in qualsiasi caso" e penso... ma è quello che hanno detto a me all’università! Già allora la finanza non mi andava a genio (e per dimostrarlo avevo preso 18...) e sapevo che avrei preferito l’economia delle sicurezze, di valori basati su cose che esistono e che posso toccare con mano... ma quante sono le cose che mi hanno insegnato che in realtà erano semplici opinioni di economisti che ora se ne stanno in un angolino sperando di non essere notati? In pratica sono stato istruito da chi ha creato questo casino che porterà alla fame migliaia e migliaia di persone?
