La nostra poderosa e volenterosa classe politica (localizzata nella figura del sig.Zaia) ha proposto il bando della carne di cavallo. Ma sì, in fondo stiamo talmente bene che nessuno si accorgerà di qualche migliaio di persone che perderà il lavoro perchè lavorava in ristoranti specializzati in carne equina, o negli allevamenti. La "cultura locale" va bene se usata contro immigrati o altre religioni, ma non va considerata quando si tratta di proibire pietanze che da secoli contraddistinguono il Veneto.
Con cosa si sostituiscono le straecche, o gli sfilacci caldi col limone sopra un letto di polenta? Con dei big mac?
E tutto questo perchè? Perchè a qualcuno stanno simpatici i cavalli, perchè evidentemente un cavallo è un animale di serie A mentre un manzo è di serie B.
Ma che so, pensare ai problemi seri anzichè concentrarsi su queste str****te? Non sarebbe bello?
