(categoria: " Vita Quotidiana ")

It is a couple of months that I am here, and this just to let you know that I feel good.
I was back in Italy a few weeks ago and I was very happy to come back.
Well...
After two days I could not wait to come back far away.
It has been very weird: everything seems frozen.
There is no money, people are exhausted and tired: I breathed a no-motivation air linked to a depression scenario everywhere, with a premier always speaking about bullshit.
I feel pain for my town, for my beloved ones that are still living there and for my poor country as well.
Here is not paradise, I don’t want to take the typical emigrant attitude like "I went out and everyhitng is perfect, poor you that remain there".
Please, try to understand me, it is not like that: I repeat, here is not paradise and I miss very much a lot of stuff from Italy, but... here you can feel life.
People move, breathe, work, hope, try to be happy and keep on fighting for that.
You can feel that, most of them have found their place, or they have real tools to handle their goals.
There are job opportunities, there is money, there is growing in progress, there is space.
It is an excellent place to live in these times in Europe, probably the best.

Above all, I have experienced the difference between the Italian working way and the British-International one.
Let me tell you, I am very very very happy to work with Italian managers no more.
Sometimes work can be hard, of course, but why has it to be always like that?
It makes no sense: you can not measure a serious working attitude by suffering or struggling, it doesn’t work in this way...
And further, there are no ass-liking people, or friends of someone inside the company or sons of or whatever of getting and keeping a job just for that.
This typical Italian shitty attitude here doesn’t exist and makes no sense: it is simply "unthinkable".
Everyone knows that they will increase their level in the company just for goals achieved: believe me, this is wonderful and absolutely clean way of thinking.
Every person working knows exactly what is doing, and there is always a strong matter that shows you why a manager is in that position.
Everyone has the same right to challenge him or herself, everyone starts from the same level.

And that’s definitely brilliant.
