Monday, December 27, 2004 - ore 10:04 Niente di vero tranne gli occhi  Io Uccido, il suo libro precedente, lo lessi in una settimana. Questo suo ultimo lavoro, invece, l'ho cominciato sabato e concluso domenica  .Giorgio Faletti si ripete! Ma dove 6 stato tutto questo tempo??? O meglio: ma xchè hai scoperto così tardi la tua + grande dote??? Voglio dimenticare in fretta ke lui è nato come comico da Cabaret Faletti è il più grande scrittore italiano di thriller!!A differenza del suo libro d'esordio, Niente di vero tranne gli occhi segna un passo avanti nella maturità narrativa di Faletti. Romanzo molto + "americano" del precedente. Ovvero, ke in quest'opera nn si riesce a notare l'inivitabile "italianità" narrativa ke differenzia i nostri autori dai mostri sacri scrittori USA. Essendo, poi, ambientato in piccola parte a Roma, si può proprio dire ke l'autore si sente "un Americano a Roma"  Stavolta Faletti esplora pure l'affascinate mondo dell'occulto, con un particolare riguardo all'inquietante mistero dei poteri extrasensoriali di uno dei protagonisti... suo malgrado! Nulla di fantascentifico però. Egli stesso, durante una recente intervista, ha ammesso ke la volontà di ambientare il suo thriller nell'ormai consueti States è una scelta quasi obbligata. Ve lo immaginate il senso di adrenalina ke scaturisce durante l'inseguimento di un criminale a bordo di una Cadillac da parte dei Ranger americani o degli agenti federali dell'F.B.I su uno fondo di una metropoli piena di grattaciali come NY??? Avrebbe lo stesso effetto se fosse girata x le strade di Roma, sullo sfondo di case popolari, ricevitorie Sisal, cartelloni pubblicitari delle compagnie di telefonia mobile... col criminale a bordo di una Fiat Bravo inseguito da una pattuglia di carabineri???? Magari ke gli urlano dietro: "Aoooo... ambecille.... te voi fermà????" Certo.... in quelli con Thomas Milian sarebbe stata perfettaGrande Faletti!!!! Aspetto con ansia il terzo capolavoro.
