Chiamatemi satrapo, ma ora come ora sostituirei un bicchiere di birra con un bicchiere di sidro quandunque e dovunque. Beh quasi dovunque, non parliamo dei posti dove la birra è veramente birra. Un po' fuori mano diciamo, per raggiungere la Hofbrauhaus (vedi foto a sinistra di 2 anni fa) ci siamo organizzati tra amici per farci un weekend a Monaco in 6 viaggiando in un pulmino che uno di noi attualmente usa come macchina. Tutto questo per avere il piacere, una volta all'anno, di gustarci della
vera birra. Ma finchè non sono là, il sidro ha qualche metro di vantaggio. E siccome ho notato che qua tutti finiscono sempre i post con un testo di canzone, ne metto uno che non c'entra niente.
