Piazza delle Erbe, Casa del Parmigiano, Piazza della Frutta e tante ore in cucina. Qualche minuto di strada, inversione e ritorno. Pappa, video, musica. Una cucina che sembra bellissima, il lavoro che aspetta. Il locale che ricomincia a vivere, i colleghi quasi tutti rientrati, la musica sempre più bella, e non parlo della mia, la brutta sorpresa alla macchina di un'amica, io che distratto mi dimentico tante cose, anche il fatto che da Alfio non posso più mangiare nemmeno la marghe, una strana notte - mattina. E il pensiero ad Ambrogio Fogar ed alle sue speranze fallite, un uomo che sarebbe dovuto andare in Cina per provare a stare meglio, un uomo che avrebbe fatto di tutto, un uomo che resisteva ed era pronto a lottare come Luca
