Pochi arriveranno alla fine di questo post, suppergiù quelli che sanno già di cosa parlerò.
Giorno 1: Padova-Mirabilandia-Brisighella
Partenza a ore infami della mattina, il poker Barto-Daunt-Mist-Tore raccatta subito il quinti elemento Kais. Arrivo a Mirabilandia poco dopo la sua apertura, e prima dell'attivazione delle attrazioni. Code inesistenti, attrazioni libere. Monosauro e simpatico siparietto. Montagne russe in loop, il mio spirito protettore mi avverte che devo tornare a recuperare il portafogli.
Via da Mirabilandia, direzione Brisighella in provincia di Ravenna. Subito un simpatico agriturismo, le bocce decidono le stanze e per il resto del tour kais sarà mio camerata. Cena in centro paese
Antipasto: megatagliere con crostoni, affettati, squaqquerone, il tutto da mangiare, anzichè col pane, con dei soffici e caldi gnocchi fritti (vedi foto). Voto 10 e lode: il ricordo gastronomico della vacanza.
primo: Ravioli con crema di funghi (voto 8), tortelloni con formaggio di fossa e straccetti (voto 10)
Secondo: anatra con porcini (voto 7) e cinghiale in salmì (7,5)
dessert: bavarese allo zabaione su gianduia (7,5). Kais si piglia un tortino al cioccolato da 10 e lode. Rimpianto.
Il lambrusco proietta i nostri eroi a fare i deficenti in paese. La fotocamera di kais è così avanzata che simula la vista offuscata dal vino di quel momento:
...e si dorme.
