Tuesday, September 13, 2005 - ore 13:05 Stavolta cito BEPPE GRILLO trovo giusto quello ke ha scritto nel suo blog personale... e lo posto qui! Il consiglio dei ministri ha approvato all’unanimità il disegno di legge sulle intercettazioni telefoniche (in questi casi sono tutti, proprio tutti, d’accordo). Il disegno di legge, e non decreto esecutivo (questo grazie solo al veto del Presidente Ciampi), prevede interessanti novità. In caso di intercettazione indiretta la persona intercettata deve essere avvisata. Per esempio Fazio chiamato “indirettamente” da Fiorani sotto indagine, avrebbe dovuto essere avvisato. Sarà possibile effettuare intercettazioni telefoniche solo nei reati gravi come il terrorismo, la mafia e l’omicidio. E i reati finanziari? Le truffe? L’usura? I gnuttiricuccifioranifazio? I commenti di Berlusconi li conoscete, ma per dovere di cronaca ve li riporto: “Tutti gli italiani quando sono al telefono pensano di essere intercettati. Questa è una grave lesione della privacy sulla quale si doveva assolutamente intervenire, restringendo la possibilità di intercettazioni alle indagini sui reati di mafia e terrorismo, per gli omicidi e per i reati più gravi”. Gli italiani onesti non temono di essere intercettati, anzi pretendono che siano intercettati i disonesti, anche quelli che si occupano di reati finanziari. Io voglio essere intercettato e pretendo da questo Stato che lo siano i farabutti. Ho creato un volantino, stampatelo, copiatelo, diffondetelo, attaccatelo al lunotto dell’auto, alla vostra edicola, nel vostro bar, nel vostro negozio, in ufficio, alla macchinetta del caffè, dove volete.
