Prima di salir le scale mi son fermato a guardare una stella

Odio la tangenziale di Mestre, i suoi limiti assurdi di velocità, le sue code infinite. Amo tornare a Jesolo, anche se per lavoro, anche se i locali sono chiusi e non ho tempo per andare in spiaggia, ripensare a tutta la strada fatta coi miei compari, da adolescenti, a piedi da una piazza all'altra, per tentare in dieci di rimorchiare la stessa ragazza, solo perché provvista di scooter a differenza di noi, poveri mortali. Vedere Baffile vuoto mentre il sole batte ancora è strano, un po'come lo era in quella notte di inizio luglio, sembrava di essere in un mondo parallelo. Riprendi la macchina, riparti per casa, ed alzi a palla la radio perché ti rassegni a pensare che il sedile a fianco è vuoto. Una assonnata serata tra amici, sagra a Grisignano condita di giro alle giostre, prima di rimettersi al lavoro in casa, senza genitori, senza nessuno.
