Piccole riflessioni economiche scatenate dalla vecchietta di turno.
In metropolitana, come sempre, salgono i classici padre & bambina mendicanti. Lui suona uno strumento, di solito una fisarmonica. I pezzi vanno dal minuetto alla ronda alla turca, normalmente sono di quel tipo lì. Mentre lui suona, la bambina va a chiedere soldi alla gente. Passa davanti a me e, come sempre, rimango impassibile. Affianco a me una vecchietta le dà 2 euro, e poi inizia a parlare con una sua amica là vicino "ma guarda te che neanche a natale questa gente è capace di dare via qualche spicciolo, nemmeno a una bambina, poveretta!". E subito dopo ci scambiamo un’occhiataccia.
La cosa mi ha fatto pensare. Recentemente ho avuto un po’ a che fare col calcolo degli stipendi, ho vagliato parecchie carriere ricavandone una stime media del salario che percepirei. Già 10 euro all’ora sono indice di un impiego di tutto rispetto, molto più remunerativo della media.
Ora, mettiamo conto che questa gente passi regolarmente 8 ore al giorno a suonare nei treni della metropolitana, sempre affollatissimi. E mettiamo pure conto che si concedano i weekend liberi, per assurdo.
Ogni volta trovano sempre chi dà loro qualcosa, e mediamente possono pensare di ricevere 1 euro ogni 5 minuti, contando anche il tempo speso negli spostamenti da un treno all’altro. Ciò vuol dire 12 euro all’ora! Sotto le ipotesi precedenti, vuol dire 480 euro a settimana. Più di 1900 euro al mese!!
Non a caso, non troverete mai due suonatori nella stessa stazione. Molto probabilmente c’è un giro organizzato... di fisarmonicisti in metropolitana!
Ma con 1900 euro al mese (il doppio, se da una famiglia ricavi due "team" distinti), si può parlare di "carità"? Mi pare che ne abbia più bisogno un qualunque operaio di fabbrica!
