Qualcosa mi diceva che non si trattava di un guasto. Qualcosa come i poliziotti con le torce sotto il mio finestrino, come i medici col telo, come la gente fuori interrogata. Prima che mi renda conto dell’accaduto, la macabra verità si presenta, mio malgrado, davanti agli occhi. Diciamo che un corpo umano reagisce molto male alle ruote di un treno. Non ha un bell’aspetto, stupido io a non fare come tutti gli altri che avevano capito prima di me e stavano guardando da un’altra parte. Nel mentre, le battutine in treno si sprecano, la gente chiama per raccontare l’accaduto ridendo.
Per un’ora ci tengono nel treno, finchè la scientifica non termina l’opera. Beh non sono un esperto ma se quelli della scientifica me lo chiedevano glielo assicuravo io che non si trattava di morte naturale. Comunque la cosa si risolve in poco più di un’ora di ritardo. E una vita in meno.
