PARANOIE

1) essere tradita dalla persona a cui piu\' tenevi,sentirti usata e poi derisa alle spalle...
2) Avergli creduto quando ha detto: "ti aspetto da una vita e adesso che ti ho trovata non ti lascio andare. Non sarò mai stanco di te!"

MERAVIGLIE

1) Svegliarti di notte e vederlo che dorme tranquillo e, nonostante questo, nel sonno si muove e ti cerca, come se inconsciamente sei la sola cosa importante che esista per lui...
2) ...il tuo cane che ti lecca in viso mentre piangi...
3) non è mia ma è un'autentica meraviglia....

BALLATE COME SE NESSUNO VI GUARDASSE
Siamo convinti che la nostra vita sarà migliore quando saremo sposati,
quando avremo un primo figlio o un secondo. Poi ci sentiamo frustrati
perché i nostri figli sono troppo piccoli per questo o quello, e pensiamo
che le cose andranno meglio quando saranno cresciuti. In seguito siamo
esasperati per il loro comportamento da adolescenti. Siamo convinti che
saremo più felici quando avranno superato questa età. Pensiamo di
sentirci meglio quando il nostro partner avrà risolto i suoi problemi,
quando cambieremo l'auto, quando faremo delle vacanze meravigliose,
quando non saremo più costretti a lavorare.
Ma se non conduciamo una vita piena e felice ora, quando lo faremo?
Dovrete sempre affrontare delle difficoltà di qualsiasi genere. Tanto
vale accettare questa realtà e decidere di essere felici, qualunque cosa
accada. Una delle mie citazioni preferite ha per autore Alfred Souza:
"Per tanto tempo ho avuto la sensazione che la vita
sarebbe presto cominciata, la vera vita! Ma c'erano sempre
ostacoli da superare strada facendo, qualcosa di irrisolto, un affare che richiedeva ancora del tempo, dei debiti che non erano stati ancora regolati, in seguito la vita sarebbe cominciata.
Finalmente ho capito che questi ostacoli erano la mia vita."
Questo modo di percepire le cose mi ha aiutato a capire che non c'è
un mezzo per essere felici, ma che la felicità è il mezzo. Di conseguenza,
gustate ogni istante della vostra vita, e gustatelo ancora di più perché
lo potete dividere con una persona cara, una persona molto cara per
passare insieme dei momenti preziosi della vita, e ricordatevi che il
tempo non aspetta nessuno. E allora smettete di pensare di finire la
scuola, di tornare a scuola, di perdere 5 kg, di prendere 5 kg, di
avere dei figli, di vederli andare via di casa,. Smettete di aspettare di
cominciare a lavorare, di andare in pensione, di sposarvi, di
divorziare.
Smettete di aspettare il venerdì sera, la domenica mattina, di avere
una nuova macchina o una casa nuova. Smettete di aspettare la primavera,
l'estate, l'autunno o l'inverno. Smettete di aspettare di lasciare questa
vita, di rinascere nuovamente, e decidete che non c'è momento migliore
x essere felici che il momento presente.
La felicità e le gioie della vita non sono delle mete, ma un viaggio.

Lavorate come se non aveste bisogno di soldi
Amate come se non doveste mai soffrire
Ballate come se nessuno vi guardasse

4) sentirsi chiamare amore quando meno te lo aspetti
