pressione arteriosa a riposo: 110/80
frequenza cardiaca a riposo: 49 battiti/minuto
Soglia anaerobica sotto sforzo (210 Watt): 170 battiti/minuto

considerato il fatto che non mi sto allenando da 5 mesi e che lo scorso anno ho fatto pochissimi chilometri... sono un grande!
