Monday, May 29, 2006 - ore 19:22 E’ giusto saperlo.... dal blog d iBeppe Grillo Telecom ha svelato l’incredibile retroscena: come molti sanno, il segnale ADSL e quello analogico viaggiano in contemporanea sullo stesso cavo, ma a frequenze diverse. Su uno stesso cavo, quindi, sono disponibili due "bande" di segnale, di cui una viene occupata dal normale traffico telefonico ed una riservata alle connessioni ADSL. Quello che pochi sanno è che la singola "banda" di ogni cavo copre fino a 700 numeri telefonici. A detta del rappresentante di Telecom, nel mio comune, quando è stata superata la soglia dei 700 numeri la Telecom, per risparmiare, anziché installare un secondo cavo, ha preferito codificare i successivi numeri a più alta frequenza, facendoli viaggiare sul medesimo cavo. In parole povere, l’ADSL non c’è (e non ci può essere) per il semplice fatto che la Telecom ha occupato entrambe le "bande" per il normale traffico telefonico. Questo significa che, ovviamente, anche le altre compagnie (Tiscali, Infostrada, ecc) non possono a loro volta offrire il servizio, per il semplice fatto che la Telecom non può affittare la "banda" preposta all’ADSL. La stessa situazione è poi risultata anche in molti altri comuni della provincia (io Bender, preciso ke la prov. in questione è Ravenna) . In conclusione, trovo ridicolo (ed anche offensivo) che nel 2006, quando ormai in buona parte dell’Italia si sta diffondendo la fibra ottica, interi paesi siano costretti a viaggiare a 56k (o al massimo a 128k con l’ISDN) per colpa di una vergognosa "scelta tecnica" (così l’ha chiamata il sopraccitato rappresentante Telecom) della nostra benemerita compagnia ex nazionale di telefonia, che occupa (suppongo legalmente purtroppo) entrambe le "bande" dei cavi telefonici, impedendo inoltre alle compagnie rivali di offrire i propri servizi, in spregio a qualsivoglia legge sulla libera concorrenza, ma soprattutto alle esigenze dei cittadini e delle ditte. E io BENDER, aggiungo, ke questo problema si presenta in tanti comuni di Padova... quasi quasi squinzaglio MORENO LEGGI I COMMENTI (2) PERMALINK |
