UPDATE: ho pensato alla pena da applicare.
Professori di diritto commerciale che si rifiutano di esaminare per motivi burocratici, e la cui parte del corpo mentalmente più flessibile è l’orologio: io vi condanno a subire per l’eternità sodomia meccanica tramite minipimer a frusta con punte di metallo immerso nell’olio bollente e collegato a due torri Tesla di 50m d’altezza e con un alveare in punta, pena da scontarsi nella Risiera di Black Sabbath.

"l’ufficio tasse non aveva preso nota di un pagamento, ma la cosa è stata risolta martedì"

Io ho molti amici giuristi, anche amici stretti a cui tengo parecchio. Ma oggi ho un conto aperto con l’intera categoria. Se insegni strategia e politica aziendale puoi chiudere un occhio e venire incontro ai problemi di un povero studentello, se insegni diritto commerciale la cosa più importante è il rispetto formale delle regole. Ora l’esame di diritto è rimandato il 6 luglio.
Probabilmente non potrò sostenere nemmeno matematica finanziaria il 19, tuttavia dovrò rimanere qui perchè gli appunti che mi servono non posso portarmeli a casa.
Insomma, torno a casa sconfitto ma non battuto. Ho perso la guerra, pur avendo vinto ogni battaglia. Ho compiuto un’impresa al limite delle facoltà umane preparando un esame di diritto in un giorno e mezzo a causa della sua vicinanza con un altro orale, e questo per sentirmi dire "non posso farle fare l’esame. l’altro professore può, IO no"
Mi ripeto sempre che il fallimento non è contemplabile, non dev’essere un’opzione. Infatti non lo è. Ma non sempre serve fallire per subire le conseguenze di un fallimento.
