Tuesday, July 18, 2006 - ore 13:32 Atti osceni  Sulla scogliera di Trappeto, nel Palermitano, simulava atti erotici con una bambola gonfiabile incurante della presenza di bambini TRAPPETO (Palermo) - E’ costata una denuncia per atti osceni in luogo pubblico la bravata di un 45enne siciliano che sulla spiaggia di Trappeto ha utilizzato una bambola gonfiabile per mimare un atto sessuale, di fronte agli sguardi scandalizzati degli altri bagnanti. La vicenda si è conclusa con l’intervento dei carabinieri della compagnia di Partinico che hanno provveduto a deferire all’autorità giudiziaria il protagonista della sconcia esibizione. A. V., 45 anni, già conosciuto alle forze dell’ordine, dovrà rispondere anche di porto abusivo di oggetti atti ad offendere. Ad avvertire i militari erano stati alcuni cittadini che avevano notato l’uomo che, sdraiato sulla scogliera in costume da bagno, stava ripetutamente mimando un rapporto sessuale con una bambola gonfiabile alta un metro e mezzo. Gli uomini in divisa sono subito arrivati sulla spiaggia dove effettivamente hanno sorpreso l’uomo che, incurante della presenza dei numerosi bagnanti, tra cui i bambini, continuava a mimare i rapporti sessuali. Nel suo zainetto l’uomo aveva numerose riviste pornografiche e un tubo di plastica con l’anima in rame di 38 centimetri. L’intervento dei carabinieri ha però posto fine al suo show.
