Potranno tornare liberi 12-13 mila detenuti Tutti coloro che hanno commesso reati fino al 2 maggio del 2006 potranno usufruire di uno sconto di pena non superiore a tre anni. Lo stabilisce il provvedimento sull’indulto approvato in prima lettura dall’Aula della Camera. Una volta ottenuto il via libera definitivo, secondo recenti calcoli, grazie all’indulto potrebbe tornare in libertà quasi un terzo dei detenuti definitivi: tra 12 e 13 mila persone delle 38.086 che in carcere stanno scontando una condanna passata in giudicato.
