Stangata sui superalcolici
le accise salgono al 10%Stangata su whiskey e gin per introdurre una sorta di ’no fisco area’ per gli agricoltori che hanno volume d’affari inferiore ai 7.000 euro annui. La norma è stata approvata ieri con il decreto fiscale che accompagna la Finanziaria. Per la copertura della misura in favore degli agricoltori si prevede infatti di utilizzare "parte delle maggiori entrate derivanti dall’incremento del 10%, a decorrere dal primo gennaio 2007, dell’accisa sui superalcolici". Con le risorse che arriveranno sarà possibile un regime agevolato per gli agricoltori che, nel caso appunto fatturino meno di 7.000 euro potranno contare, tra l’altro, sull’esonero del "versamento dell’imposta e da tutti gli obblighi documentali e contabili compresa la dichiarazione annuale".
