Per la gioia di Miss Mirable, un ristorante londinese di cucina turca, di cui si parla in un intervista a Neville Brody di Lee McCormack nel libro Designers are wankers. Il nome del ristorante guarda un po’ è... leggetevi l’estratto di intervista:
Neville: You will rerely find something that’s not part of a chain and has unique values. It’s rare and that’s why I chose here.
Lee: What’s this place called?
Neville:
Gallipoli , it’s unique and they’ve not tried to emulate a chain, their ambition here is analogue and human, not mass and cloned reproduction.
