Appello ai lavoratori: «Unitevi a noi»

PARIGI — Non ha fatto ancora in tempo a insediarsi Nicolas Sarkozy e già deve affrontare la prima occupazione della sua presidenza. Un’assemblea di 800 studenti della Sorbona ha votato ieri lo sciopero e la chiusura della sede di Tolbiac, nel Sud-Est di Parigi. Appello ai lavoratori: «Unitevi a noi. Mettiamo insieme le forze per combattere la politica liberale, autoritaria e razzista» della destra. Per il nuovo inquilino dell’Eliseo si annunciano cinque anni difficili. Vero che Tolbiac è roccaforte degli studenti della sinistra più dura e arrabbiata, che viene scelta spesso per le occupazioni perché è una sorta di torre facile da bloccare: l’unico accesso alle aule è attraverso gli ascensori, chiusi quelli non sale più nessuno. E vero anche che il principale sindacato degli studenti, l’Unef, si è dissociato: «Troppo presto — ha detto il presidente Bruno Julliard — manifestazioni con l’unico scopo di contestare la vittoria dell’Ump rischiano di essere controproducenti».

Ma non vanno sottovalutate. Innanzi tutto perché contro le misure per l’università disegnate nel programma di Sarkozy già si erano espressi in campagna elettorale molti rappresentanti degli studenti, di varia provenienza. E potrebbe ricompattarsi tutto il fronte anti-Cpe (il contratto primo impiego) che aveva segnato la sconfitta l’anno scorso del governo Villepin (con l’uscita di scena del premier dalla corsa all’Eliseo) e aveva costretto all’intervento lo stesso Chirac, con il risultato di una sostanziale abolizione della misura. L’idea contestata del nuovo presidente è quella di fare per l’insegnamento superiore «uno sforzo complessivo di 15 miliardi di euro in cinque anni», ma accordando «un’autonomia reale alle università». E qui che si appunta la critica degli studenti: all’«autonomia» e al modo in cui Sarkozy la disegna.
