Prima di prendere sonno

Fino alla settimana scorsa le mie giornate erano intervallate da un passaggio al Fitness Formula a fare allenamento per sembrare decente.. Da domani (che poi è oggi) le giornate saranno per un po'cadenzate da piccoli allenamenti per muovere prima la gamba poi il braccio sinistro come ho sempre fatto. L'allenamento è breve ma forzato, ma ho tanta voglia di sforzarmi e di rimettermi in carreggiata. La casa mi va stretta, anche se a volte ci sono persone che rendono quello che di norma ti è pesantissimo un momento piacevole. Belle le treccine, proprio belle. 'Notte a chi prende sonno e a chi vorrebbe dormire...................
