Padova, li 27-09-2007 In considerazione di quanto sta avvenendo nel nostro Stato e nelle nostre città, evincendo dai quotidiani le sentenze emesse nei confronti di cittadini extracomunitari che, clandestini e spesso pregiudicati, continuano a delinquere deliberatamente, Considerata la loro possibilità di poter continuare ad usufruire di tutti i servizi (salute, casa, scuola, ecc…) con anzi una corsia preferenziale per il loro ottenimento, Considerata la possibilità per queste persone di compiere attività illegali ed avere comportamenti illeciti senza mai dover rendere conto alle leggi di questo Stato e tanto meno alla comunità, Considerato che NON contribuiscono al mantenimento dell’apparato sociale di questo Stato in nessun modo, CHIEDO Che mi venga tolta la cittadinanza italiana e di essere considerato a tutti gli effetti un immigrato clandestino, e come tale essere trattato e giudicato In attesa dell’ottenimento di quanto richiesto provvederò ad un comportamento consono al mio nuovo status, ed in particolare: -sospensione dei pagamenti di tutte le tasse locali, statali e sociali, -occupazione abusiva di locali dove poter vivere indisturbato, -svolgimento di attività più o meno lecite per il mio sostentamento (furto, rapina, spaccio, lavoro nero, ecc…) -sospensione RC auto, revisione automezzo e patente, -richiesta di sussidio di mantenimento con il sostegno delle organizzazioni sindacali, politiche e sociali preposte al mio inserimento sociale, culturale e lavorativo Certo che questa mia richiesta venga presto esaudita, nel convincimento che “La Legge è uguale per tutti” ritengo doveroso che, le sentenze applicate fino ad ora, saranno le stesse che verranno applicate nei miei confronti.
