Sunday, April 25, 2004 - ore 14:01 Willy, il principe di Bel-Air Quando Willy, un diciassettenne di Philadelphia, viene spedito da sua madre, spaventate per le cattive compagnie che frequenta, a casa degli zii, a Bel-Air, sono in molti a doversi abituare alla novità. In primo luogo, il protagonista, alle prese con una casa enorme, con un altrettanto enorme zio-avvocato (Phil) e con dei "nuovi" cugini che, ben presto, diventeranno più che dei fratelli. All'inzio della sitcom, la famiglia Banks è composta dalla zia Vivian, da Asley, la figlia maggiore, leggera e sempre attenta ai dettami della moda, da Carlton, detto "barattolo", con la mania del tip-tap e di Frank Sinatra, infine dalla piccola Asley, che crescerà insieme alla serie. Da non dimenticare il simpatico maggiordomo Goeffrey, anch'egli con le sue stranezze. Nel 1995 entrerà a far parte del cast il piccolo Nicky, ultimogenito dei Banks. La serie fu prodotta dalla NBC e andò avanti dal 10 Settembre 1990 al 9 settembre di sei anni dopo, per un totale di 148 episodi. La regia di gran parte di essi fu affidata alla notissima Debbie Allen (coreografa ed interprete di "Saranno Famosi"), mentre uno dei produttori fu Malcom Jamaal Warner (già Teo ne "I Robinson").
