Che ormai il traffico p2p incida notevolmente anche sul successo di un film (vedi per esempio il prossimo jackass) è chiaro a tutti, tranne forse alle major che vedono ancora i vari sistemi di file sharing come il grande satana, ma per fortuna riviste interessanti come wired hanno tenuto traccia tramite bigchampagne dei film più scaricati nei principali network durante tutto il 2007. Le sorprese, rispetto agli incassi del botteghino, sono molte e sono sicuro che non avreste mai sospettato che Resident Evil: Extinction è il film più scaricato del 2007, nemmeno io. 1. Resident Evil: Extinction 2. Pirates of The Caribbean: At World’s End 3. I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry 4. Ratatouille 5. Superbad 6. Beowulf 7. Transformers 8. American Gangster 9. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix 10. Stardust La cosa divertente è che i maggiori blockbuster sono praticamente assenti, dei più grossi incassi della stagione per il mercato USA (spiderman3, shrek 3 e Transformers) c’è traccia dei robottoni e solo al settimo posto.
