Un giorno triste, abbiamo perso entrambi?
Siamo scivolati così lontano l’uno dall’altra.
Niente è crudele come un bambino.
A volte rompiamo l’indistruttibile?

Non sono stato in grado di sopportare quello che hai detto,
“certe volte dobbiamo essere crudeli per essere affabili”,
il bambino che ero non fu in grado di vederne il motivo.
Quello che provavo era niente di più che falsità e una menzogna?
Non ho mai dimenticato il tuo sorriso,

Il tempo è passato, molti ricordi svaniti,
scrivo questo per alleviare il dolore.
Tu hai sempre visto la nostra situazione in maniera più chiara di me,
come non siamo mai stati destinati a stare assieme,
l’amore non corrisposto significava che l’amicizia sarebbe finita
