Spread your love like a fever

Ovvero Black Rebel Motorcycle Club in concerto, ieri sera al New Age di Roncade(TV)...
Dire che son rimasto MOLTO sorpreso è dire poco! Avvicinatomi a questo live più per "abitudine" che per desiderio di ascoltare l’ultimo lavoro della band "HOWL" dal vivo, decisamente infastidito da un biglietto a 20.70 Euro e memore degli altri 2 Tour, non mi sarei mai aspettato una performance di così buona qualità.
Iniziano con un set totalmente acustico "one man show" chitarra+armonica del chitarrista, meritevole ma decisamente non adatta alla situazione "NEWAGE"; seguono altri pezzi dell’album nuovo, formazione a 4 componenti con uno strumentista in aiuto, dove tutti suonano tutto perfino un trombone, organi e pianoforte. E qui arrivano le prime sorprese, i BRMC hanno imparato a suonare! e come suonano! e i pezzi del nuovo album live sono davvero belli vivi e non noiosi!
Soddisfatto della resa dei pezzi che non conoscevo molto bene li aspetto al varco sui pezzi tratti dai due primi album, e qui arrivan le altre sorprese; sistemato qualche piccolo problemino con l’audio su Love Burns (i volumi usati per le song in power trio erano incredibili) inanellano una sequenza di 5-6 song del primo album (As Sure As The Sun, As Sure As The Sun, Whatever Happened To My Rock ’N’ Roll per citarne alcune) che mi tolgono il respiro. Poi altre song da HOWL e Going Under dal penultimo fino alla pausa prima dell’encore, in tutto già un’ora abbondante di concerto, cheffigada...
Al ritorno sul palco, una mitragliata in perfetto stile BRMC dei primi due album, Spread Your Love,Six Barrel Shotgun, Stop e chiusura Heart & Soul...
Devo ammettere che MAI avrei pensato di vederli suonare così bene visti gli altri live dove son sempre risultati, al mio orecchio, molto sporchi e poco amalgamati; ieri sera invece è stata proprio la loro capacità di costruirsi e scambiarsi le parti vocali e strumentali con una naturalezza impressionante pur mantenendo il tiro su tutti i loro pezzi a lasciarmi di stucco. Nella mia personale classifica dei powertrio, loro sono preceduti solo dai Muse; un plauso a tutta la band e uno speciale al bassista (anche se suona tutto alla fine) che è diventato per me un punto di riferimento, immenso al basso, ottimo alla chitarra e un pò meno al piano ma con una presenza scenica sul palco davvero unica.
Che dire, 20 euri e rotti spesi davvero bene  .

Luttazzi e Travaglio assolti
"Ha detto no a Celentano, Daniele Luttazzi. Ma il giudice ha detto sì a lui e Marco Travaglio, assolti dall’accusa di diffamazione per la puntata di Satyricon, andata in onda su Raidue il 14 marzo del 2001. Nel programma, Travaglio parlò del suo libro, "L’odore dei soldi", in cui si raccontano le ragioni del grande successo economico di Berlusconi.
Dopo quattro anni e mezzo di processo - e quasi altrettanti di ostracismo a Luttazzi in televisione - la decisione. Berlusconi dovrà pagare 100mila euro di spese legali e non ha diritto al risarcimento. Restano altre sette cause per lo stesso evento. Vedremo come andrà a finire. Intanto, presto saranno rese note le motivazioni della sentenza."
Esiste ancora un poca di giustizia??? Forse si, ma non troppa...

Non si finisce mai di imparare
Quando il peso del corpo, dopo la fase di volo, si scarica sul terreno l’arco plantare tende a cedere verso l’interno, con un effetto ammortizzante grazie alla trasformazione di questa energia meccanica in energia elastica che inoltre viene restituita, in collaborazione ad altre strutture, al passo successivo.
Questo effetto, che viene definito come pronazione fisiologica è caratteristico del tipo di appoggio normalmente chiamato neutro. Quando questa pronazione è superiore a quella estensione considerata normale si definisce il runner come iperpronatore, quando, invece, il meccanismo descritto risulta deficitario rispetto all’ampiezza fisiologica parleremo di "appoggio in inversione" o di "atteggiamento supinato" o di "piede rigido".
Questi diversi tipi di appoggio richiedono una concezione di scarpa diversa che deve tendere se non a correggere ad "aiutare" l’eventuale difetto, garantendo al piede la migliore biomeccanica possibile per evitare la così detta patologia da sovraccarico funzionale che può riguardare le strutture direttamente coinvolte nell’appoggio come l’unità funzionale caviglia-piede (tendinopatie achillee, tibiali e dei peronei, fasciti plantari e metatarsalgie) sia strutture più lontane come ginocchio, anca e rachide.
